The baseline rules for using Millowi, participating in communities, using paid features, and running campaigns.
Draft status
These terms are a working pre-launch draft. They should be reviewed before production release, especially once a final domain, contact email, payment provider, and launch jurisdiction are confirmed.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Millowi, you agree to follow these terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, and any community-specific moderation requirements.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Millowi may require email verification, limit access to certain features, or deactivate accounts that violate platform rules or create security risk.
Content ownership and license
You retain ownership of the posts, comments, profile details, images, and other content you create, but you grant Millowi the rights needed to host, display, process, rank, promote, and moderate that content within the service.
User conduct
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, impersonation, scams, credential abuse, malicious automation, intellectual property infringement, or the distribution of harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
Moderation and enforcement
Millowi may review reports, remove content, restrict features, lock discussions, pause ad campaigns, or suspend or deactivate accounts when platform rules, moderation standards, legal obligations, or safety requirements are violated.
Subscriptions and paid features
Millowi may offer paid subscriptions such as Premium. Subscription benefits, pricing, renewal timing, cancellation options, and refund rules should be shown at checkout before payment is accepted. Until a live billing flow is enabled, paid plans shown in the product are product previews only.
Advertising and campaigns
Advertisers are responsible for campaign content, destination URLs, targeting details, and business information they submit. Millowi may review, reject, pause, or remove campaigns that are misleading, unsafe, unlawful, low quality, or inconsistent with platform standards.
Payments, refunds, and taxes
When payments go live, charges will be processed by the selected payment provider. Any refund eligibility, cancellation handling, taxes, and billing support process should be documented at checkout and kept consistent with these terms.
Account deactivation and deletion
Users may deactivate their account through account settings where available. Some content, logs, reports, campaign records, and billing records may be retained when needed for security, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or moderation reasons.
Service changes
Features, pricing, access levels, moderation tooling, advertising products, and subscription benefits may change over time. We may update these terms as the product evolves.
